I put so much into this and now we have empty Christmas tree. it's been over 48 hours since they messaged me after I done what they asked and over 12 or 13 days since this whole thing happened now it's Christmas eve and a Sunday and I have nothing to show for it but a non responsive h5c and all the documents I've sent very sensitive documents I might add.
Okay I got a email asking for more verification a bunch of stuff so I did it it was very very very stressful I had been so happy that now ibwas finally going to be able to provide Christmas to my girl and her son. I did everything they asked looks like no Christmas for my little family
